Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samir Rakip (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dark Spirit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Rakip misses.
Spirit throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rakip.
Rakip dodges the punch combination from Spirit.
Spirit's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rakip connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Spirit scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Dark Spirit has been cut.
Rakip is looking to clinch but Spirit is avoiding it.
Spirit displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

It looks like Samir Rakip has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Spirit lands with a slapping head kick.
Rakip could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Rakip shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Rakip content to stall in guard here.
Spirit controls Rakip momentarily but Rakip frees himself.
Rakip working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Spirit is looking to stand up but Rakip isn't so interested in that idea.
Rakip controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Samir Rakip has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Spirit lands a jab.
Spirit misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rakip shoots in looking for a takedown but Spirit manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rakip's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Spirit lands with a good body shot.
Spirit tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Spirit lands a head kick!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Spirit connects with a high kick.

Rakip is rocked!

Both fighters circling a little - Spirit finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Rakip is breathing heavily.
Spirit throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Rakip colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Spirit as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Rakip is left battered and dazed whilst Spirit and his camp cheer!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dark Spirit!
