Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Lawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lawson has chosen "Indestructible" by Disturbed as his entrance music. Paul Anderson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dean Lawson's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dean Lawson!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Lawson drops his hands momentarily and Anderson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Anderson shoots in looking for a takedown. Lawson tries to sprawl out of it but Anderson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lawson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Lawson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Anderson pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Lawson wants to stall.

Anderson has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Lawson clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Anderson seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Lawson's chin but Lawson turns very nicely into Anderson's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Lawson.

Lawson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Anderson can't keep his opponent in guard - Lawson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Lawson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Lawson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Anderson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lawson.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Lawson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Anderson's head.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Anderson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lawson's waist but Lawson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Anderson off to one side.
Anderson keeps the fight on the outside.
Lawson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
A right-left combo lands from Lawson.

Anderson is rocked!
Lawson throws an overhand right that has Anderson reeling! Lawson follows up with a more punches and Anderson is out cold! This one is all over!
