Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hu Kokov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bad Religion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bad Religion was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Religion tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Kokov counters with a nice leg kick.
Religion takes one to the chin there.
Religion shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kokov sprawls well. Kokov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Religion gets slowly back to his feet.
Kokov jabs Religion to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kokov clobbers Religion with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Religion misses with a takedown
and Religion takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kokov's corner calls for a 1-2. Kokov obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kokov works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Religion is rocked!
Kokov fakes the body blow, causing Religion to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Religion goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hu Kokov!
A very excited looking Hu Kokov rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
