Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tom Mot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mot comes to the cage accompanied by Be Aggresive by Faith No More. Black is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: yes. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mot misses with a left hand
and Black counters with a good low kick that Mot was not able to check.
Mot waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Black.
Mot throws a one two combo.
Mot throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Black shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Black thows a huge punch but Mot dodges it nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Black passes to full mount!
Mot takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Poor strikes thrown by Black there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Black thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Black throwing strikes here but Mot is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Black throws a strike there. Mot manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.

Black with the ground and pound but Mot uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Black passes Mot's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Black is pressing down on Mot's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mot is holding on for now.
Black wants to advance to full mount but Mot doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Black trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Black postures up in Mot's guard and throws a big left but Mot blocks it.

Black in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Mot looking to control.
Black throws a strike but Mot rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mot avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Mot chips away with some ground and pound.
Mot won't allow Black to sweep him here.
Mot keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Black's head.

Mot postures up in Black's guard and throws a big left but Black blocks it.

Mot chips away with some ground and pound.
Black trying to keep a closed guard but Mot is proving a slippery customer.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mot lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mot lands a couple of elbows.

Black is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Black dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
The fighters circling - Black throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Black takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Mot thows a leg kick but Black checks it
and Black cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Mot ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Black moves away.
Mot connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Black's corner calls for a 1-2. Black obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Mot misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mot cracks the inside of Black's front leg.
Mot looks to land a left hand but Black moved out of range nicely.
Black takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Mot throws a jab but it's blocked by Black.

Mot ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Black moves away.
Mot wants to slow Black down by chopping away at his legs.
Black takes one to the chin there.
Black shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Mot's guard.
Mot looking for a sweep. Not yet Mot, not yet.
Black lands a couple of elbows.
Black working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Black throws a big right hand that misses.
Black throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Mot keeping moving, preventing Black from controlling successfully.
Black slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Black in side control, throwing shots but Mot defends.
Black working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Black throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Mot works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Black has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Mot is bucking up trying to escape but Black cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mr Black!
Mr Black really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that GTI - 1337 sponsors VERSUS logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
