Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boudreaux Godeaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dylan Carson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godeaux kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Battle Ready. Boudreaux Godeaux has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Godeaux is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Godeaux has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Carson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Godeaux throws a hook to the side of Carson's head but Carson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Godeaux tries to score a power double leg takedown but Carson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Godeaux somewhat.
Godeaux looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
