Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Magnet The Punching Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tapda Mattus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mattus's choice of entrance music: My heart. Tapda Mattus has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Punching Machine lands with an overhand left.

Mattus has taken the fight to the clinch.
Mattus's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Mattus is struggling to control the position.
Mattus jumps guard but The Punching Machine stands there with Mattus around his waist. Mattus gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
The Punching Machine throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Mattus avoids a wild elbow strike from The Punching Machine.
Mattus tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. The Punching Machine smiles and moves away.
The Punching Machine misses with a head kick.
The Punching Machine scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
The Punching Machine tries to bum rush Mattus with a series of wild strikes but Mattus uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mattus takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mattus fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Magnet The Punching Machine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tapda Mattus.
The Punching Machine misses with a few strikes there.

The Punching Machine throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The Punching Machine slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

A momentary lapse in concentration from The Punching Machine enables Mattus to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. The Punching Machine manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The Punching Machine is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The Punching Machine winds up and cracks Mattus with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Mattus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Punching Machine. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
