Tatov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Soundgarden - Superunknown. Igor Tatov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Freeman Blackford's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackford lands a nice leg kick that just misses Tatov's sensitive parts.
Tatov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tatov lands with an overhand left.
Blackford scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Blackford throws a half hearted mid kick.
An inside leg kick from Tatov misses.
Blackford avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Tatov throws a low kick but Blackford moves out of range easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tatov. Blackford does a little dance to reset his feet.
Blackford on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Blackford turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Blackford throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Blackford uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Tatov drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Blackford throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Blackford throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Tatov takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Freeman Blackford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blackford fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Tatov is breathing heavily.
Nice shot lands for Blackford.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Blackford sends Tatov crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Blackford is motioning to the referee to let Tatov up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Tatov is rocked!
Blackford ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Tatov's jaw. Tatov's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Blackford does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
