The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piaskun stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Piaskun wants it to stay on the feet.
Piaskun throws the kick towards the body but Ilie avoids it.
Ilie moves out of range of the body kick from Piaskun.
Piaskun uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ilie.
Piaskun throws a leg kick but Ilie sees it coming and moves out of range.
Piaskun tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Ilie is able to avoid easily.
Piaskun connects with a solid leg kick.
Ilie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Piaskun.
Ilie uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Piaskun.
Piaskun stuffs the takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ilie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dragos Ilie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Piaskun lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Dragos Ilie has been cut.
Ilie looks to land a right hand but Piaskun moved out of range.
Ilie keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Piaskun.
Piaskun misses with a kick to the body
and Ilie counters with a stiff right hand.
Piaskun lands a big head kick that sends Ilie tumbling to the mat! Piaskun takes a step backwards and waves Ilie back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nice body punch from Piaskun.
Ilie misses with a straight left.

Ilie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Piaskun pinned against the cage. Piaskun gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ilie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Piaskun counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Ilie is breathing heavily.
Piaskun misses with a looping left.
Piaskun drops Ilie with a naaaaasty hook - Ilie is in real trouble here! Piaskun dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
