Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Kavanagh and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marselli tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cade swivels and escapes.

Marselli darts in and clinches Cade up against the cage.
Cade scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Marselli is trying to pull guard but Cade has him pressed against the cage.
Cade lands a right hand.
Marselli throws an elbow that misses.

Marselli drags the fight down to the ground.
Cade sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Marselli is pulling down on Cade's head. It's preventing any offense from Cade, at least for the moment.
Marselli wants to sweep here but Cade controlling him for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Marselli misses with a body kick.
Cade circles away from the clinch attempt
and Cade counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Marselli shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Marselli showed some decent athleticism there.
Cade wants to improve his position but Marselli is controlling well.

Cade desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Cade's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Cade is trying to stand.
Marselli thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Cade's head.

It looks like Marselli is going to stand back up.
Marselli wants to take a breather but Cade is having none of it.
Marselli is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Cade lands a nice shot that snaps Marselli 's head back.

Marselli drives through with a takedown into Cade's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Marselli engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Marselli wants to control from the top but Cade keeps moving.

Marrio Marselli has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Marselli fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Carl Cade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marrio Marselli .
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Marselli tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cade manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Marselli shoots in looking for a takedown but Cade manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Marselli 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cade lands a nice looking body shot.
Cade works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Cade scores with a leg kick.
Nice sprawl there from Cade as Marselli shoots in.
Cade cracks the inside of Marselli 's front leg.
Marselli shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cade as he avoids it easily.
Cade lands a jab to the nose.
Cade connects with a solid leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crunch! Cade slams his shin into Marselli 's torso.
Marselli gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Cade buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Marselli moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Marselli is breathing heavily.
Cade with a jab.
Cade lands a slapping body shot.

Cade lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Marrio Marselli is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Cade drops Marselli with a big left hand! Marselli is injured, injured bad! Cade jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
