Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nikolai Lagutin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Hurt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hurt on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Good exchange - Lagutin coming out on top.

It looks like Randy Hurt has been cut.

Hurt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lagutin manages to avoid it.

Hurt shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hurt showed some decent athleticism there.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
