Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Sloan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Smierdzielski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smierdzielski comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 2 Chainz - Riot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Victor Sloan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, David Smierdzielski! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Chad Campbell and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloan misses with a body punch
and Smierdzielski counters with a shoot takedown. Sloan fights it but they end up in guard. Sloan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Smierdzielski scoring with some ground and pound. Sloan has momentary wrist control but Smierdzielski slips an elbow through the middle. Sloan keeping moving, preventing Smierdzielski from controlling successfully. Smierdzielski works over Sloan with some ground and pound from guard. Sloan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sloan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Smierdzielski is in close to Sloan's body, working some short punches and elbows. Smierdzielski slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Smierdzielski is working Sloan over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Smierdzielski trying to control but Sloan is working from the bottom. Sloan is trying to keep Smierdzielski in close.
Smierdzielski drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Sloan dives on top into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smierdzielski looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Smierdzielski has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sloan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Sloan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Smierdzielski throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Sloan is sitting in close to Smierdzielski's body. Smierdzielski has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Sloan is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Sloan is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Smierdzielski.
