Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isaac MPumbu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Cannonball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cannonball is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Johnny Cash - God`s Gonna Cut You Down. Isaac MPumbu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MPumbu takes a swing at Cannonball's ribcage but misses.
MPumbu gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Cannonball.

It looks like Isaac MPumbu has been cut.
A jab from Cannonball misses.

Cannonball closes the distance and pushes MPumbu back into the cage.
MPumbu tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Cannonball avoids it.
MPumbu is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Cannonball has clasped his hands together around MPumbu's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
You can see the frustration on MPumbu's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Cannonball grinds an elbow into MPumbu's temple.
MPumbu is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Cannonball asserts his dominance and retains side control.
MPumbu is trying to control Cannonball's posture but Cannonball avoids it.
Cannonball is staying tight to MPumbu's torso, preventing him from escaping.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

MPumbu is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Cannonball's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

MPumbu looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
MPumbu wants to sweep but no luck.
MPumbu bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cannonball's guard.
MPumbu is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Isaac MPumbu has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Cannonball takes the fight into the clinch.

MPumbu lands an elbow that stopped Cannonball in his tracks for a moment.
MPumbu is pressed up against the cage. Cannonball has hold of a leg and is looking to drag MPumbu down to the mat. MPumbu avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
MPumbu throws a nice looking combination but Cannonball bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
MPumbu scores with a nice strike.
Cannonball looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
MPumbu fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cannonball.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cannonball crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from MPumbu - the referee stops the clock and Cannonball gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says MPumbu. Cannonball manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
MPumbu throws a leg kick which misses Cannonball's front leg but catches the back leg as Cannonball tries to avoid it.

Cannonball on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
MPumbu lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Cannonball throws a lazy right hand but MPumbu sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Cannonball takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
MPumbu lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Mr Cannonball has been cut.
MPumbu lands with a nice body kick.
Cannonball walks forward, straight into a front kick from MPumbu.

MPumbu lands a big head kick that sends Cannonball tumbling to the mat! MPumbu takes a step backwards and waves Cannonball back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cannonball gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! MPumbu gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Isaac MPumbu!
A relieved looking Isaac MPumbu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
