Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Jakort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kara Hiri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hiri has chosen Society as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kara Hiri was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Mauricio Rocha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hiri works over Jakort's head and body with a nice combination.
Jakort tries to clinch up.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Jakort laying and praying for a moment but Hiri takes advantage and regains half guard.

Jakort is looking to control Hiri's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jakort avoid being mounted?

That was a close round but I would say that Ralph Jakort will probably get the nod.

Hiri lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Hiri looks to throw the jab but Jakort is out of range.

Ralph Jakort is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jakort tries to close the distance and clinch but Hiri swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hiri looks to land a combination but Jakort avoids it well.
Jakort tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hiri paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hiri looks to land a left hand but Jakort moved out of range nicely.

and Hiri counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jakort thinking.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ralph Jakort. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jakort tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hiri manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hiri blocks a head kick by Jakort.
Hiri lands a big uppercut and Jakort crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jakort looks OK. Hiri waves Jakort back to his feet!
Jakort is rocked!
Jakort is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hiri sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Oh Jakort is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hiri throws an uppercut from hell that sends Jakort clean off his feet! He's out cold! Hiri stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kara Hiri!
A relieved looking Kara Hiri thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
