Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Bradshell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Bear has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Eddie Bradshell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Bear!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear swats away the attempt to clinch by Bradshell.
Bradshell throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Bradshell pushes Bear away with a front kick.
Bear tries to clinch up but Bradshell circles away and keeps his distance.
Bradshell tries to bum rush Bear with a series of wild strikes but Bear uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bear takes a swing at Bradshell's ribcage but misses.

Bear shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bear trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bradshell will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Bradshell keeping full guard, as Bear tries to pass.

Bradshell is looking to stand up but Bear isn't so interested in that idea.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bradshell loads up on a big right hand but Bear slips the punch.
Bradshell lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Bradshell takes the fight into the clinch.
Bradshell lands a nice knee to the body.
Bradshell is breathing heavily.

Bradshell looking to throw knees to the head but Bear is blocking nicely.
Bradshell digs a right hand underneath Bear's ribcage. Bear let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Bradshell digs a right hand into Bear's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Bear's gas tank.

Bradshell throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bear blocks it with crossed arms.
Bradshell tries to land knees in the clinch but Bear avoids the damage to the body.

Bear lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bradshell tries to kick Bear off but Bear keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Bear passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bradshell!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Bear won't let Bradshell get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Bradshell bucks up and throws Bear to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape!

Bradshell has closed the distance and engaged Bear in a clinch.
Bradshell misses with a knee to the head.
Bear tries to pull guard but Bradshell won't allow it.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Bear takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Bradshell connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bear's face.

Bear looking to stall.
Bear has Bradshell pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bradshell manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Eddie Bradshell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Bear.

Bear ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bear no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Bear is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bear takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Bradshell tries to clinch but Bear moves out of range.

Bradshell looks to land a body kick but Bear moved away.

Good work by Bear as he checks the leg kick.
Bear avoids the head kick by Bradshell.
Bradshell misses with a body kick.
Bradshell stuffs the takedown.

Bear pushes Bradshell up against the cage in a clinch.
Bear lands a shoulder strike.

Bear lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bear slips a nice elbow through Bradshell's hands, connecting with Bradshell's forehead.

Bear scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Bradshell wants to get back to his feet.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bear lands a nice short elbow.

Bradshell looks like he's trying to stand up.
Bear is trying to control the action in half guard but Bradshell is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Bradshell looks like he's trying to stand up.
Bear has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Bradshell keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bradshell tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bradshell moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Bear closes the distance and clinches up with Bradshell, looking for a takedown. Bear pushes Bradshell against the cage but Bradshell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bear shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bradshell's guard.
Bear prevents Bradshell from getting back to his feet.
Bear slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bear trying to control the position from guard on top but Bradshell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bear stands and steps away. Bradshell gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Bradshell's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Bear looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Bear takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Bear seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bradshell does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Bear scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Bradshell is trying to stand up here but Bear is controlling him well.
Bear wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bradshell keeps working.
Bradshell is in trouble now - Bear has advanced to mount!
Bear trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Bear in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bradshell can't escape the position.

Bear has control of Bradshell's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bradshell regains control of the situation pretty easily.
You get the feeling that Bradshell really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Bradshell is trying to escape the mount.
Bradshell manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Bear is pressing down on Bradshell's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bradshell is holding on for now.

Bradshell wants to get back to his feet.

Bear slows the pace down in half guard.
Bradshell tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Bear has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Bear tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Bradshell is bucking up trying to escape but Bear cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Bear has isolated one of Bradshell's arms. Bradshell looking to fight him off but Bear twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
