Citlali comes to the cage accompanied by Shadow of the Sun. Szczygielski is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Drowning Pool - Bodies . The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Citlali takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Citlali bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Citlali walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Szczygielski checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Szczygielski tries to bum rush Citlali with a series of wild strikes but Citlali uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Szczygielski lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Citlali takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
