Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alistar Overeem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Solomon Grundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Overeem might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to right above it lil wayne. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem connects with a solid leg kick.
Grundy connects with a single shot there.
Overeem thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Grundy if he has to take too many more of those.
Grundy looks winded!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
An inside leg kick lands from Overeem.
Overeem thows a body kick. Grundy tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Alistar Overeem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Overeem tries to bum rush Grundy with a series of wild strikes but Grundy uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Overeem connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Solomon Grundy has been cut.
Grundy has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Overeem.
Overeem feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Grundy collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!

Alistar Overeem tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
