Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darko Jebach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baba Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Darko Jebach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Baba Singh!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Steven Brown and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singh fails in his attempt to clinch.

Singh gets the takedown into side control.
Jebach wants to get back to his feet but Singh drags him back down.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Singh is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Singh decides to stand back up.
Jebach shoots in and drives through. Singh sprawls well.
Singh throws a head kick but Jebach moves out of range.
Jebach misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Singh closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jebach to the mat! Jebach manages to get full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Singh controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Jebach is trying to keep Singh in close.

Singh slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Baba Singh was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Jebach fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Singh avoids it really well and circles away.

Jebach gets caught flat footed, as Singh shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jebach is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Singh gets full guard.

Singh working for submissions but it's allowed Jebach to get to half guard.
Singh is staying active underneath Jebach, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Singh slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Singh working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jebach doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jebach manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Singh throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Jebach escapes and throws Singh's legs to the side, diving into side control!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Singh manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Jebach prevents Singh from standing back up.
Jebach prevents Singh from improving his position.
Jebach could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Jebach has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Singh tries to hold on but Jebach pushes him away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Singh is looking to improve his position but Jebach isn't that keen on the idea.
Singh wants to control but Jebach is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Baba Singh dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Jebach misses with a series of wild punches.
No luck for Jebach with that takedown attempt.
Jebach is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Jebach will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Singh throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jebach tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Singh is in Jebach's guard.

Singh is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Baba Singh has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Singh wants to clinch up but Jebach keeps it at a distance.
Jebach shoots in for a double leg but Singh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Singh throws a sloppy head kick and Jebach moves out of range easily.
Singh displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jebach.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Singh decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jebach, up you get!

Jebach gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Singh to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Singh gets to his feet - Jebach follows without any prompting.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jebach takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Jebach is working to avoid the ground and pound but Singh connects with a decent elbow.

Baba Singh showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Singh shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Singh showed some decent athleticism there.

Well Singh has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
