The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Costas, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Costas against the cage but Costas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Costas got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Costas has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted.

Silva is nestled in close to Costas, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Silva, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
