Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Romko Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Hendricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Josh Hendricks is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Law closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hendricks to the mat! Hendricks manages to get full guard.

Law drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Law jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Law is in close to Hendricks's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Law not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Law will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Law working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hendricks's head.
Hendricks looking to hit a scissor sweep but Law is one step ahead there.

Law is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Law drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hendricks looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hendricks looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hendricks!
Law gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Law moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Hendricks is fighting to break Law's control of his arms but Law is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Law is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Law in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Hendricks tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Law!
