Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kade Edgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ridja Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edgar's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Undead. Ridja Cruz looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Edgar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Edgar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Cruz throws a hook to the side of Edgar's head but Edgar sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Edgar shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cruz sprawls well. Cruz wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Edgar gets slowly back to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cruz throws a nice looking combination but Edgar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
