PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vadim Vadokowich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oakley Bark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vadokowich comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - Enter Sandman. Bark has chosen RUN DMC its like that as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Oakley Bark enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vadim Vadokowich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 35 - 16 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Oakley Bark!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bark fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Vadokowich lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Bark shoots for a takedown but Vadokowich saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Vadim Vadokowich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vadokowich throws a sloppy head kick and Bark moves out of range easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bark crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Vadokowich - the referee stops the clock and Bark gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Vadokowich. Bark manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Vadokowich throws out a loose jab but Bark uses good head movement to avoid it.

It looks like Oakley Bark has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We're going to have a standup here because Vadim Vadokowich wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Vadokowich connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bark's hands.
Vadokowich ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bark moves away.
Vadokowich clobbers Bark with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Vadokowich fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bark looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Bark takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Bark shoots in for a takedown but Vadokowich shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Vadokowich is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Vadokowich feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Barks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Vadokowich lands with an uppercut that bounces Bark off the cage and back into range.
Vadokowich goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bark is rocked!
Vadokowich dances in with a quick combination. Bark is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Vadokowich snaps Bark's head back. Bark stumbles backwards against the cage. Vadokowich steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Bark's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Bark just didn't come prepared.
