Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Ferreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milo Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferreira kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Voices. Daniel Ferreira has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira connects with a high kick.
Jackson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jackson swats away the attempt to clinch by Ferreira.

Ferreira drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ferreira wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving.

Jackson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ferreira can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jackson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Ferreira stacks Jackson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Ferreira!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Ferreira tries to clinch up but Jackson circles away and keeps his distance.
Jackson stuffs the takedown attempt from Ferreira. Ferreira gets slowly back to his feet.

Ferreira changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jackson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Ferreira wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jackson keeps working.
Ferreira tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Ferreira throws an elbow but Jackson slips to the side and avoids it well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Jackson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ferreira tries to avoid it but Jackson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ferreira to the ground. Ferreira escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ferreira pinned against the cage. Ferreira gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Jackson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ferreira is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Jackson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ferreira's back instead.
