The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horse throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sonnen keeps the fight on the outside.
Sonnen throws the left hand but Horse avoids the punch easily.
Horse scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Horse tries to clinch but Sonnen moves out of range.

Horse moves into the clinch.
A body shot lands from Horse.
Horse creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Sonnen's defenses.

It looks like Chael Sonnen has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sonnen is working for takedown but Horse is calmly controlling the position for now.
Sonnen takes a knee right on the jaw!
Sonnen is breathing heavily.
Horse scores a nice knee to the body.

Chael Sonnen's cut is getting worse.
Horse gets through Sonnen's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Horse lands an elbow inside.
Horse unloads a knee to the mid-section. Sonnen lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Chael Sonnen's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Horse pushes Sonnen back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Sonnen is rocked!
Horse lands a big right hand that drops Sonnen! The killer instinct kicks in and Horse finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Horse!

Crazy Horse tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
