Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Auron Almasy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carson Mile (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Almasy comes to the cage accompanied by Ram Jam - Black Betty. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almasy tries to clinch but Mile is having none of it.
Nice takedown defense from Mile. No joy for Almasy on that attempt.
Almasy throws a leg kick that is checked
and Mile counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Almasy fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mile.

Almasy gets a clinch.
Almasy makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Mile can't find room to land a body shot as Almasy controls the action.
Almasy works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Mile lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Almasy manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Mile won't allow Almasy to get back to his feet.

Mile stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Almasy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mile stands and steps away. Almasy gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Almasy tries to clinch but Mile moves out of range.
Mile tests Almasy's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Almasy drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Mile pulls Almasy in close to his closed guard and prevents Almasy from doing any damage or advancing position.
Almasy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Almasy wants to get up but he can't break Mile's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Almasy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Almasy takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Almasy wants to clinch up but Mile keeps it at a distance.
Almasy looks to score with a jab to the body but Mile is just out of range.
Almasy throws a series of strikes that have Mile backpedaling.
Almasy swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Almasy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mile paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mile uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Almasy.
Almasy sizes up Mile with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Almasy doesn't manage to clinch there - Mile circles away.
Almasy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mile but Mile pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mile is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Almasy.
Mile throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Almasy gets tackled into the cage by Mile. Mile maintains the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mile.
Mile misses with a body punch.
Almasy jumps guard but Mile turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Almasy has Mile pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Mile manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
