Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Krissu Krissi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaido Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Krissu Krissi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kaido Khan!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan stuffs the takedown.
Krissi fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Krissi takes the fight into the clinch.

Khan pulls Krissi into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Krissi trying to control but Khan is working from the bottom.

Krissi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Khan as he jumps to the side.

Khan shoots in looking for a takedown. Krissi tries to sprawl out of it but Khan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Krissi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Krissi shoots for a double leg takedown but Khan sprawls well. He's pushed Krissi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Krissi shoots in and drives through. Khan sprawls well.

Krissi wants to land a leg kick but Khan is out of range.
Khan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Krissu Krissi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Krissi slaps away a takedown attempt from Khan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Krissi misses with a takedown attempt - Khan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Khan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Krissi cracks Khan with a right hand to the side of the head.
Khan leaves Krissi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Khan checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Krissi tries to clinch but Khan is having none of it.

Krissi looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Krissi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Khan but Khan pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Krissi is breathing heavily.
Krissi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Krissi throws a series of punches but Khan avoids them all with ease.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Krissi dives in and grabs Khan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Khan pushes down on Krissi's head and hops out.

Krissi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Khan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Krissi somewhat.
Krissi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Khan tries to avoid it but Krissi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Khan to the ground. Khan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Khan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Krissi as he jumps to the side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Kaido Khan.
Well Krissi has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
