The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiminiy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jiminiy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jiminiy throws a body kick that misses.
Aurelio tries to clinch but Jiminiy is having none of it.
Aurelio checks a low kick from Jiminiy.
Jiminiy throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Aurelio is looking to clinch but Jiminiy is avoiding it.
Aurelio tries for a takedown but Jiminiy circles away easily

and Jiminiy counters with a left hand that sends Aurelio to the canvas!

It looks like Marcus Aurelio has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Aurelio has his foot on Jiminiy's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jiminiy works his way back into a safe position though.
Aurelio is still in real trouble! Can Jiminiy finish him?
Jiminiy wanted to stand there but Aurelio had control of the position.
Aurelio trying to keep a closed guard but Jiminiy is proving a slippery customer.
Jiminiy has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Aurelio is proving hard to escape from.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jiminiy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
