Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pinkynho Romeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mega Boes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Pinkynho Romeiro has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pinkynho Romeiro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mega Boes!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romeiro with a poor takedown

and Boes counters with a single leg into guard. Romeiro didn't expect that.
Boes wanted to stand there but Romeiro had control of the position.
Romeiro wants to stand but Boes is controlling the position.
Romeiro doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Romeiro will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Boes would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Romeiro is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Romeiro moves nicely into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Romeiro is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Boes has escaped the position, nice work there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Romeiro tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Romeiro has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Romeiro is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Boes is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Romeiro thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Boes can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close round but I would say that Pinkynho Romeiro will probably get the nod.

Pinkynho Romeiro is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Romeiro shoots in for a double leg but Boes sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Horrible takedown by Romeiro or perhaps it was just good defense by Boes which made him look bad.

Romeiro wants to take Boes's back but he can't do it this time.

Romeiro is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Boes to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Boes shrugs it off.

Boes has given up his back - I don�t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Romeiro is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Pinkynho Romeiro dominated that second round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Boes tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Romeiro sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Romeiro pushes Boes off looking to stand but Boes dives back in and keeps control.
It looks like Boes is going to stand back up.
Romeiro makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Romeiro.

Boes won't allow Romeiro to get back to his feet.
Boes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Romeiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Boes wanted to stand there but Romeiro had control of the position.

Romeiro pushes Boes off and scrambles back to his feet.
Romeiro tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Boes swivels and escapes.

Boes wants to get up but he can't break Romeiro's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Mega Boes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Romeiro manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Romeiro is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Boes can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Boes has given up his back. Will we see Romeiro going for some submissions?

Romeiro has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Boes has freed his hand and lives to survive another� well, another couple of seconds at least!

Romeiro is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Boes is defending well though. Romeiro let's go of the attempt for now.

I would just about give that final round to Mega Boes.
Well Romeiro has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
