Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rylan Gardner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casey Cullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gardner comes to the cage accompanied by Goodtimes. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gardner darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Gardner takes a swing at Cullen's ribcage but misses.
Gardner on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Gardner uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cullen.
A solid leg kick lands there for Cullen.
Cullen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gardner.
Gardner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cullen moves away.

Cullen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gardner. That did some damage!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gardner bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cullen's head backwards.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gardner. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Cullen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Gardner has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Cullen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Cullen has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
