PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Striker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Samsona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Striker kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kanye west - stronger. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Samsona throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Striker was covering up waiting for the punch and Samsona finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Samsona feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Mister Samsona hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Well Samsona has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
