The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salace shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Berkowitz but Berkowitz pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Salace gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Berkowitz counters with a nice uppercut.
Berkowitz is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

It looks like Simon Salace has been cut.
Berkowitz throws a jab when Salace was well out of range.
Salace misses with a takedown attempt
and Berkowitz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Simon Salace. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Salace is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Berkowitz lands a big uppercut and Salace crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Salace looks OK. Berkowitz waves Salace back to his feet!

Salace is rocked!
Berkowitz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Salace.
Oh Salace is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Berkowitz throws a pinpoint strike between Salace's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Salace crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Berkowitz scores a great knockout victory!
