Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brus Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artiom Damkovsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Li might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Blue Bob - Go Get Some. Artiom Damkovsky is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Artiom Damkovsky!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damkovsky misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Damkovsky misses with a leg kick
and Li counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Li tries to clinch up but Damkovsky circles away and keeps his distance.
Damkovsky swats away the attempt to clinch by Li.
Li slips a straight right by Damkovsky.
A looping hook to the body misses from Li. Damkovsky does a little dance to reset his feet.

Li moves into the clinch successfully.
Damkovsky has had enough of the clinch but Li keeps him there for the moment.
Damkovsky is trying to break the clinch but Li is controlling him.
Li unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Li lands an elbow just above Damkovsky 's eye.

It looks like Artiom Damkovsky has been cut.
Li lands an elbow inside that Damkovsky shrugs off.
Nice elbow from Li.
Li keeps control of Damkovsky as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Li is trying to trip Damkovsky. He has hold of a leg but Damkovsky is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Li persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Li advances position into side control!
Li lands a few punches from side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Damkovsky struggling a bit here.
Li sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Damkovsky is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Li misses with the ground and pound.
Li is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Damkovsky will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Li lands an elbow.
Damkovsky is being controlled here.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Li has an Americana. Damkovsky didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Li is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Li hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
