Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lady The Odd Ball!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matt Davis!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis throws an uppercut from half a mile away. The Odd Ball sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Davis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Davis fails to land with a series of punches.
A right-left combo lands from Davis.
Davis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The Odd Ball avoids the body shot from Davis.
Davis misses the shot to the body.
The Odd Ball drives through with a takedown into Davis's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The Odd Ball drops back looking for a leg! Davis is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Davis manages to kick The Odd Ball off! The Odd Ball jumps back into Davis's guard.
Davis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Odd Ball. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The Odd Ball drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Davis manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now The Odd Ball has Davis in his guard.
Davis trying to control but The Odd Ball is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Davis might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control The Odd Ball kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Davis slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The Odd Ball working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Davis doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Davis manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The Odd Ball looking for a guillotine here but Davis defends easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The Odd Ball looking for a triangle here. Davis is fighting it but it looks tight! The Odd Ball pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Davis is tapping out - this one is all over!
