Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bobby Baker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aiden Preston!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Preston tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Baker fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Baker dives in and grabs Preston's left leg, looking for a takedown. Preston pushes down on Baker's head and hops out.

Baker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Preston kicks Baker off and gets to his feet.

Baker gets tackled into the cage by Preston. Preston maintains the clinch.
Preston lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Preston throws a knee to the head but misses.
Preston's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Clinched against the cage, Preston lands a big elbow that drops Baker! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Baker is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
