Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bj Cole!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raita Kazama!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazama shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cole as he avoids it easily.

Cole drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

That was a close round but I would say that Bj Cole will probably get the nod.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kazama passes Cole's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Raita Kazama showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!



Cole shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cole showed some decent athleticism there.
Kazama has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Cole is working away from the top position though.
