Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Along Recto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Rogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rogan has chosen AC/DC - TNT as his entrance music. Along Recto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Recto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rogan pinned against the cage. Rogan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Recto shoots in and drives through. Rogan sprawls well.
Recto shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rogan as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Along Recto. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rogan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jim Rogan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Recto just misses with a punch to the body.
Recto will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Rogan dips to his left and cracks Recto with an uppercut!
Rogan throws a front kick aimed at Recto's knee but Recto avoids it well.
Rogan throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Rogan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Rogan shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Recto napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Rogan tries to score with some ground and pound. Recto controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Rogan is chipping away with strikes.
Recto might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rogan tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Recto can't do much from the bottom here.
Recto manages to work his way to half guard, despite Rogan's best efforts.

Rogan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Recto. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rogan wants to stand but Recto has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Recto is pressing down on Rogan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Recto is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rogan is aware though and is defending well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rogan wants to get up but he can't break Recto's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Recto working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rogan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rogan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Recto has his foot on Rogan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rogan works his way back into a safe position though.
Rogan wants to stand but Recto has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Rogan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Recto has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rogan has managed to get both his arms back between Recto's legs - danger averted.

Rogan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Rogan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Rogan is looking to stand up but Recto won't let him.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Recto has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Rogan should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Recto has tightened it up now! Rogan should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
