The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Party takes a swing at Kovalenko's ribcage but misses.

Oooooh!!! Kovalenko has knocked Party down with a huge combo! Kovalenko steps away and waves a wobbly Party back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Anal Bead Party has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kovalenko moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Party changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kovalenko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Party misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Party swings around for an armbar but Kovalenko sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Party's guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Party isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Kovalenko stacks Party on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Kovalenko!

A close round but Anal Bead Party will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Kovalenko is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
A punch lands to the side of Party 's head but he takes it in his stride.

That has opened up Anal Bead Party's cut even more.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Party is defended easily by Kovalenko.
Party takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kovalenko steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Party.
A combination from Kovalenko does no damage.
Kovalenko throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Party counters with an outside leg kick.

and Kovalenko counters with a crisp one two that drops Party! Kovalenko thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Party to his feet! Party is in big trouble!
Nice defenses there by Party.

Party closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Party lands in his opponent's guard.

Party stops Kovalenko from standing up.
Party slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Kovalenko here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Party postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Party stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kovalenko swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Party is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Party is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Party throws a leg kick but Kovalenko sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kovalenko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kovalenko dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kovalenko ducks under a wild hook from Party.
Kovalenko dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Party. That did some damage!

Kovalenko connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Party momentarily.

The cut above Anal Bead Party's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

and Kovalenko counters with a nice right hand that sends Party toppling to the canvas! Party scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Kovalenko finish him?!

Party is rocked!
