Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pung Tao!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tao shoots in looking for a takedown but Puno manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tao's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Tao is looking to clinch.
Puno does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Tao fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Tao shoots in but Puno avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kajun Puno has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pung Tao.
Puno misses with a low kick as Tao jumps back.
Puno closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Puno landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Tao is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Puno scores with a couple of nice shots.
Puno seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Tao is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Kajun Puno!
Kajun Puno tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
