The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Silva counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A looping hook to the body misses from Hardy. Silva does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hardy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hardy wants to clinch but Silva slips to the side
and Silva counters with a stiff right hand.
Hardy is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hardy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Silva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Hardy closes the distance and pushes Silva back into the cage.
