Hunt comes to the cage accompanied by Super Massive Black Hole. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rewell defends it nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hunt is defended easily by Rewell.
Rewell connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Hunt throws a hook but Rewell avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Hunt throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Hunt tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Rewell tries a head kick but it misses.
Hunt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rewell is fending him off so far but Hunt persists. Nope, Rewell circles away and we're back to standing.

Hunt tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rewell swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Rewell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Alexander Rewell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hunt takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Hunt connects with a jab.
Rewell lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hunt backs up against the cage.
A right-left combo lands from Rewell.

Rewell throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Robert Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It looks like Robert Hunt has been cut.
Hunt tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rewell swivels and escapes.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Hunt. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Hunt throws a punch but it's blocked by Rewell.

Rewell escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Hunt closes the distance and clinches.
Rewell wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Hunt tries a body shot but Rewell blocks it.
Hunt throws a head punch that misses.
Hunt misses with a hook from the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Hunt.
Hunt has a couple of punches blocked by Rewell.
Hunt misses with a short punch on the inside.

Hunt swings wildly with an uppercut but Rewell uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hunt swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A frustrated look appears on Hunt's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Rewell keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hunt's efforts to push away.

Rewell breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hunt tries to clinch but Rewell moves out of range.
Rewell punishes Hunt's body with a nice straight punch.
Hunt tries to clinch up but Rewell circles away and keeps his distance.
A punch combination from Hunt misses.
Hunt tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rewell was well out of range. Poor timing from Hunt.
Rewell moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Hunt has managed to clinch.
Hunt tries to stall but Rewell uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Rewell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hunt fails to land the takedown.
Rewell thuds his shin into the meat of Hunt's side.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rewell lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Rewell lands a nice looking body shot.
A nice inside leg kick there by Rewell. That's going to slow Hunt down.
Hunt tries to clinch but Rewell moves away
and Rewell counters with a head kick.
Rewell avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rewell stuffs the takedown.
Rewell lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rewell cracks Hunt with a good jab.

Hunt is rocked!
Hunt chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rewell can pounce on him.
