Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Zumo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hyonjo Gua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Gua looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Zumo misses with a wild body shot.
Zumo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Gua.
Zumo throws a series of punches but Gua avoids them all with ease.
Gua connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Gua slips a jab and a cross from Zumo.
Zumo throws a wild body kick that Gua sees coming a mile off.

Gua throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Zumo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Gua, right into the meat.
Zumo misses with a few strikes there.
Zumo throws a right hand that Gua ducks under and follows up with a left that Gua also avoids with ease.
Gua throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Zumo is rocked!

Zumo pushes Gua up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Zumo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gua tries to break the clinch but Zumo is controlling the position.

Zumo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Zumo misses with the combination.
Zumo seems to have got his legs back now.
Gua throws a nice looking combination but Zumo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Gua lands a head shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zumo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Gua counters with a big head kick but Zumo shrugs it off.
Zumo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gua moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Joe Zumo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zumo is breathing heavily.
Zumo scores with a three punch combo!
Zumo doesn't manage to clinch there - Gua circles away.
Gua lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Zumo throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gua finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Gua wants to clinch.
Zumo could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Gua tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zumo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Zumo throws a combination that misses
and Gua counters with a left and a right that stings Zumo.
Joe Zumo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zumo looks to land a combination but Gua avoids it well.
Zumo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Zumo cracks Gua with an uppercut from hell and Gua crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Zumo's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Gua is rocked!

It looks like Hyonjo Gua has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zumo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Gua, up you get!
Gua is still on wobbly legs! Can Zumo finish him?
Zumo throws a combination that misses
and Gua counters with a head kick. That will keep Zumo thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Zumo throws a right hand that Gua ducks under and follows up with a left that Gua also avoids with ease.
Zumo lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Gua is looking to close the distance but Zumo sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Gua crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Gua is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
