Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xerxes Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Black Hinampak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Black Hinampak!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves tries to close the distance and clinch but Hinampak swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hinampak feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Alves's calf.
Hinampak throws a half hearted mid kick.
Hinampak explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
A head kick misses from Hinampak.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Alves scores with a knee to the head.
It looks like Black Hinampak has been cut.
Hinampak is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Alves is keeping busy.
Alves just leaning against Hinampak, taking a breather.
Alves lands a nice knee to the body.
Hinampak looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Alves tries to land a knee to the head but Hinampak blocks with his arms.
Alves throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hinampak blocks it with crossed arms.

Alves lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hinampak backwards.

Alves unloads a knee to the mid-section. Hinampak lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hinampak tries to circle away but Alves has him pinned against the cage.

Hinampak has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
A nice left hand lands by Alves.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Alves paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hinampak looks for the body kick but Alves saw that one coming.
The fighters circling - Alves throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Alves takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hinampak misses with a wild body shot.
Alves thuds a left hand into Hinampak's body.
Alves blocks a leg kick.
Hinampak moves forwards but Alves connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hinampak gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Alves connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Xerxes Alves is winning the standup battle so far.
Alves connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hinampak. Hinampak circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hinampak is rocked!
and Alves counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Hinampak! He's just covering up as Alves starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Xerxes Alves!
An out of breath Xerxes Alves thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
