Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 33 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Jaromir Jag!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ripp Arrm!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurstr�m, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa J�rvil�inen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arrm looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jag closes the distance but Arrm moves to the side
and Arrm counters with a thumping low kick.
Jag wants to clinch but Arrm slips to the side
and Arrm holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Still in the clinch, Arrm scores with a nice short uppercut.
Arrm blocks an elbow strike from Jag.
Arrm pushes Jag back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Arrm creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Arrm tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Jag throws an elbow that misses.
Jag is trying to stall.
Arrm stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Jag working hard to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jag blocks a body shot from Arrm.
Arrm lands a hook that snaps the head of Jag backwards.
Arrm lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Jag.
Arrm scores with a nice hook to the head.
Jag stalling in the clinch but Arrm improves position.
Arrm lands with a light punch inside.
Jag is rocked!
Arrm dips a shoulder and cracks Jag with a mighty uppercut! Jag falls back against the ropes and Arrm unloads with a barrage of strikes! Jag is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Arrm screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ripp Arrm!
