The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chee looks to land a right hand but BayawaK moved out of range.
BayawaK moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Chee takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A looping hook to the body misses from BayawaK. Chee does a little dance to reset his feet.
Chee misses the body punch
and BayawaK counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
BayawaK throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chee takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Chee lands with an uppercut that bounces BayawaK off the cage and back into range.

BayawaK throws a hook to the side of Chee's head but Chee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

BayawaK ducks under a wild hook from Chee.
Chee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Chee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by BayawaK.
Chee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as BayawaK throws out the jab.

Chee tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

BayawaK drops Chee onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Chee is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Oh Chee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

It looks like Kim Chee has been cut.

BayawaK dips a shoulder and cracks Chee with a mighty uppercut! Chee falls back against the cage and BayawaK unloads with a barrage of strikes! Chee is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - BayawaK screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
