Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beaumont McHale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eli Ellinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ellinger comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bars On Me by Chris Webby kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McHale swings for the body but Ellinger moves out of range.
Ellinger looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

McHale feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. McHale connects with a nice short shot to Ellinger's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McHale is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Ellinger is hurt! He's hurt bad - McHale fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Ellinger from any more punishment! Congratulations to McHale! Great finish!
