Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Micheangelo Fripello.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Jennings looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sweet feints and as Jennings raises his hands in defense, Sweet changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Sweet wants to control from the top but Jennings keeps moving.
Sweet postures up in Jennings's guard and throws a big left but Jennings blocks it.
Sweet pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jennings is keeping the position for now.
Sweet postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sweet decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Sweet circles away from the clinch attempt.
Good leg kick by Jennings there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Jennings fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jennings misses with a head kick.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sweet is defended easily by Jennings.
No luck for Sweet with that takedown attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jennings scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Sweet shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jennings sprawls well. Jennings wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sweet gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Georg Sweet. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jennings misses with a kick to the body.
Sweet shoots in but Jennings avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Jennings tries to score a body lock takedown but Sweet shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sweet wants a takedown.
Sweet can't break the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sweet is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jennings pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Sweet using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Jennings has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Jennings prevents a takedown attempt there.
Sweet is breathing heavily.
Jennings is looking for a takedown.

Jennings breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice takedown defense from Sweet. No joy for Jennings on that attempt.
Sweet shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jennings as he jumps to the side.
Jennings stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jennings wants it to stay on the feet.
Sweet keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Jennings closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sweet circles away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sweet shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sweet was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Jennings tries to improve his position but Sweet has taken his back! Sweet has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Jennings tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Sweet pushes Jennings away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

After the fight, Georg Sweet was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
