Heino wants to get back to full guard.
Heino wants to control but Swain is keeping busy.
Heino is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Swain seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Swain decides to return to a standing position.
Heino gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Swain counters by clinching up.

Swain tightens his grip and picks Heino up, before dumping him to the ground. Heino manages to land in guard.
Swain wants to stand but Heino is controlling his posture from full guard.
Heino striking off his back but it's not causing Swain any problems.

Heino has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Swain can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Heino has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Swain should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Heino has tightened it up now! Swain should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
