The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Worrell looking to score a takedown here. Khalidov Senior is defending well but Worrell drives through and ends up in Khalidov Senior's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like Worrell might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Eric Worrell hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Worrell shoots in looking for a takedown. Khalidov Senior tries to sprawl out of it but Worrell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Khalidov Senior manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Khalidov Senior tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Worrell cranks the arm and Khalidov Senior screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Khalidov Senior, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
