Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kent Hytten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hytten might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Wait and Bleed. White has chosen Hunt You Down by Saliva as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kevin White!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White fails with a takedown attempt.
White gets the takedown into side control.
White lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Hytten is looking to reverse the position.
White works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Hytten tries to buck White off but White is having none of it.
White looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
White in side control lands a decent elbow.
Hytten is trying to improve his position.
Sloppy strikes there by White.
White working the body and head with strikes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hytten is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, White asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Hytten gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

The fighters are battling for position here. Hytten manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

White is looking to work some ground and pound but Hytten has wrist control.

Hytten will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
White connects with a couple of short punches.

White stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hytten swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hytten is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White trying to control the position from guard on top but Hytten is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hytten is trying to keep White in close.
White looking to improve position, pressing down on Hytten's thigh with his hand. Hytten seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is White paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! White's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Hytten picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
