The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gunn avoids a punch combination nicely.

Gunn has closed the distance and engaged Julstrom in a clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Julstrom looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Gunn is pushing Julstrom up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Gunn has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gunn there as he acknowledges the shot.
Gunn wants to clinch up but Julstrom keeps it at a distance.
Julstrom misses with the combination.
Gunn throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Julstrom sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Gunn closes the distance and clinches.

Julstrom wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Gunn jumps guard and drags Julstrom to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Gunn has a closed guard, preventing Julstrom from standing up.
Julstrom wants to stand and escape but instead Gunn has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gunn is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Julstrom has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Gunn should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Julstrom has tightened it up now! Gunn should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
