Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kim Chee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Balboa's choice of entrance music: eye of the tiger. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chee defending well as Balboa loads up on a big left hand.
Chee bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Chee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Balboa.
Chee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Chee throws a looping overhand right but Balboa ducks down to avoid it.
Balboa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Chee misses with a double jab.
Balboa lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Balboa swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Balboa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chee tries to avoid it but Balboa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chee to the ground. Chee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Horrible takedown by Balboa or perhaps it was just good defense by Chee which made him look bad.

Well Balboa has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
